How we started.
Starboard Foundation was built from the heart that yearns to be of service to people. Initially, It has been the Corporate Social Responsibility of Starboard Manpower Services Inc. which aims to give assistance primarily, to less fortunate children to get a chance to finish their studies for the betterment of their future.

Vision
Starboard foundation is dedicated to be a helping and caring organization that promotes positive action and inspires every individual to create an environment of love, care, respect and cooperation as well as giving people opportunities to achieve his fullest potential and participate in and contribute to all aspects of life.
Mission
As a helping organization we are called to love and further our care and service to the less fortunate by:
- Organizing livelihood projects to enable them to have adequate food and shelter.
- Developing their skills and capability through various training programs to uplift their competence
- To raise their standard of life by giving assistance through scholarship programs
- Encourage them to participate in our environment friendly projects to help maintain a sustainable world for future generations
